I never used to be very great at pull-ups…I remember when I was about 15 at my ski academy we had a pull-up test as part of physical testing and I could only do 1 and that was with a MASSIVE KICK. Luckily, pull-ups are really not a necessity for ski racing but I remember this one girl who was a few years younger than I was and she busted out 12 or 15 or something, and from that moment I made it a personal goal to be able to do pull-ups. ? Now, as you can see, I can do them- but normally I have a little hitch and a kick at the beginning of each rep so this summer I decided I want to work on better control in the full range and I’m kinda excited cause I actually did a bunch of reps today with SUCH BETTER control than I’ve ever done sooo yay for that and I don’t know why I’m saying all of this… maybe someone thinks it’s interesting IDK…if you got through that whole mess of words, congratulations. ?
