GMVS Mt. Hood Race Camp
Overview: Daily Technical freeskiing, slalom and GS training Physical conditioning, tuning and video analysis Functional movement screening Technical and tactical written evaluations Current and former USST members in attendance. Focus on technical free-skiing as well as GS/SL training. Video analysis, conditioning and tuning support. Written evaluations focused on technical and tactical skill development. Coaching staff lives with the athletes in private condominiums. Come prepared with camp goals in mind. Be prepared for the elements and bring clothes for all kinds of weather and an extra pair of gloves and goggles. Phenomenal coach to athlete ratio, top-level coaches and close 24/7 adult supervision.
